Full-stack developer crafting scalable, performant digital products. |
I'm a full-stack developer who loves solving hard problems, writing clean code, and shipping things that actually work.
Hi, I'm Junaid Ali — a full-stack web developer with a passion for building complete, production-ready applications. I specialise in Laravel for the backend and modern JavaScript for the frontend.
My work spans complex scheduling systems, multi-step form flows, dynamic dashboards, RESTful APIs, and mobile apps built with Capacitor. I care deeply about code quality, maintainability, and real user experience.
Whether it's a startup MVP or a feature-rich enterprise system, I bring technical depth and attention to detail that makes the difference between software that barely works and software people love to use.
A snapshot of my core competencies — click any skill card for a full breakdown.
Building robust, scalable PHP web applications using Laravel — the framework for artisans.
Cross-platform iOS and Android apps from web technologies using Capacitor by Ionic.
Modern JS for dynamic UIs, async operations, DOM manipulation, and Three.js 3D animations.
Solid PHP fundamentals powering everything from simple scripts to complex business logic.
I develop high-quality, fast, and responsive mobile apps using Flutter for both Android and iOS with clean UI and smooth performance.
Semantic HTML and modern CSS for responsive, accessible interfaces on all devices.
Designing normalised schemas, optimised queries, and managing complex relational data.
Real-world applications built with clean code and attention to every detail.

Digital Khata & Shop Till for Small Businesses
Business Book is a free Android app that replaces the paper khata. Record udhaar given and payments received, ring up sales, track stock and expenses, send WhatsApp reminders, and back up everything to your own Google Drive. It works offline.
More than just writing code — I bring a complete engineering mindset to every project.
I handle everything from database schema and API design to pixel-perfect UI. No handoff delays, no miscommunication between teams.
Every project I ship is optimised for speed — from query caching and eager loading to minified assets and lazy-loaded images.
CSRF protection, input validation, SQL injection prevention, and proper auth middleware are built into every app — not bolted on later.
Regular updates, honest timelines, and zero technical jargon in client conversations. You always know where your project stands.
Clean architecture, descriptive naming, and proper separation of concerns mean your codebase stays manageable long after launch.
I don't disappear after deployment. Bug fixes, small improvements, and guidance are part of how I work with every client.
No surprises. Choose the package that fits your project and budget.

Real feedback from real projects — because results speak louder than promises.
"Junaid built our entire course scheduling system from scratch. The recursive hierarchy logic was complex but he nailed it perfectly. Clean code, no bugs on launch, and delivered on time."
"The REST API Junaid built handles thousands of requests daily without a hiccup. JWT auth, rate limiting, full documentation — everything was exactly what we needed."
"Our Capacitor mobile app works flawlessly on both iOS and Android. Notification scheduling, local storage, offline support — Junaid delivered everything and more."
Notes on Laravel, AI-assisted development and the decisions behind the projects I ship.
Not the productivity multiplier the marketing promised, and not the nothing the sceptics predicted. Here is the honest accounting.
You do not need a full WCAG audit to make a site dramatically more usable. Six changes cover most of the real-world impact.
